Home Help Visit £30
- 1 hours work at your home
- No callout charge
- Addional work time is charged at £30 per hour
- £30 is the minimum charge per home visit
- Any parts required are charged separately
- Includes taking PC away and back if needed for repairs
FixiT Plan £9 per month
- Free first 1 hour home help visit
- Each subsequent home visit at £20 fixed fee
- E-mail & Telephone support
- Remote support via Internet (Remote Assistance in XP/VISTA)
- Any parts required are charged separately
